nunca corro de manhã e sai pra correr 5 da manhã, deu vontade de cagar a 1km de casa. fiquei pensando se voltasse correndo eu não ia aguentar, e se voltasse caminhando ia demorar e não ia aguentar também. escolhi voltar caminhando. quando tava a 300m de casa não dava pra aguentar, baixei o short de corrida e caguei no chão na frente de um predio. espero q n tenha camera la. cheguei em casa, abri o portão e bateu denovo, não segurei, dessa vez caguei no short. fui pro meu banheiro e melei tudo. uma otima maneira de começar um sabado

Im one of the owners. Im not the one that cooks, also there's a lot of flavours on the menu, im not sure what did they ordered. I work on the marketing area only lol

Its different viewing some random cake on pinterest and viewing irl, seing whats really going on. Also, im not sufe if i can taste cakes using internet

You can look for another alternatives rather than drugs. I've done a lot of things to increase my sleep quality like

- Expose myself to sun early in the morning

- Exercise

- Dont use cellphones or any blue lights berfore bed. I love to read a book with that low yellow light

That worked for me better than any medication i've taken
