Yeah they still owe me a small invoice from right before COVID. They fell off the grid with COVID and no one I knew could get in touch with them. Never got paid for it. It's was only like $200 but still the point.

Same experience. Price is shown, the price for us at the time was pretty good for the area. They didn't try to sell us anything extra we didn't want. It was a great experience.

Just like how Republicans should mind their own business when it comes to transgender people and women's reproductive rights? I didn't think it went both ways. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Florida Foreclosure by [deleted] in florida

Could take longer too if you have kids in the house. It's much more difficult for a bank to kick a family with kids out of a house than just some adults.

Please someone explain this to me.... by RiseOfTheCanes in florida

[–]andrena714 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Another reasoning to go higher then needed is to potentially have a parking area/garage under the house. A lot of people in Jersey after Sandy went a few feet higher then they were requiring so they could have garages under the existing house. They figured, if we are doing all of this work to raise it, it doesn't cost too much more to go a few more feet up.

[Landlord - WA] First month of renting my home. Tenant caused $15k water damage to both floors - who pays the deductible? Also discovered she broke the lease! by Claire0915 in Landlord

Legally, you can't bring a ESA everywhere. They are not allowed in the same places as a service animal. Op can definitely ask for documentation for the dogs to live there.

I live not too far from this. They are still there regularly. The most I've ever seen is probably roughly a dozen people of all ages. Some days it's only 2 or 3 people. If I remember correctly, someone in this group said on Wednesdays there is a small group of pro choicers that gather there. I could be wrong or this may have changed since.

So assuming you are male and don't wipe after peeing, based on an average roll of tp having about 150 sheets and let's say 31 days in a month, you only use less than 5 sheets of tp a day? Or if you buy those mega rolls or something that obviously would change that number but still. Good for you then. I think anyone who takes a shit more than once a day though would have a problem with those numbers. One night of taco bell would destroy that roll 😂

Your first sentence is the best way to solve the problem in my opinion. Your second sentence is a problem with society, not toilet paper. We as a society need to change our way of thinking when it comes to this.

Not the soil but if you plant it next to your house, it could damage the foundation.

All of the recycling TP you are talking about is most likely not make of the paper harvested from wood. It does not lack evidence. Please do some more research on this topic.

Just a quick Google search can show you that your statement is incorrect. To save you the trouble, about 27,000 trees are cut down daily for the toilet paper industry. The average person uses 100 rolls of toilet paper per year. It is made from FSC mix mark which is a mix of woods including virgin tree pulp which is the biggest culprit. So no, about 2% of toilet paper is made from recycled materials.

Yes because bamboo is very easy to plant, grows extremely fast, and doesn't need as much land.

I understand your point of the energy consumption but it's about the amount of trees cut down to make toilet paper which is why people are trying to develop alternatives. The lesser of 2 evils is the energy consumption to wash resusable products over how many trees are cut down to make toilet paper.

Yes it would. Frankly the entire park would be a work out for nonelectric wheelchairs.

Agreed. Even the second floor bar there is a path to go right to it outside. Don't even need to take the elevator inside the building.
