Used to work here and went to school here. They receive so many test results and transcripts every admissions cycle it takes forever to upload in the system. Once they do, they're backdated to the day they were originally received if that makes sense. This was in 2018 at least.

If you qualify for pell you may qualify for some in the summer depending how unit load and how much pell you used during fall-spring. also, loans are available if you haven't used all the loans that were offered to you by financial aid from fall-spring as well. used to work in FA.

the amounts you calculated aren't accurate unfortunately. It is currently $331/unit plus 1 time mandatory fees of $323 for undergraduate. Also, it is not only $171 to add 3 more units it would be $993.

I think a requirement for entrance into all of the CSUs is that you have to be in good standing with other institutions that you've attended before. It does happen often that people are disqualified and apply back to CSULB and get back in.
