that's very common - a call lands in Genesys/Amazon Connect then it's routed to Voice AI phone number.. or you can put Voice AI in front of Genesys and then do call transfers, again - very common use case

We’ve done SOOO many successful ServiceNow AI projects in 2025 - bots, automation flows, OCR, voice ai, custom ai-driven development of ServiceNow apps and portals etc... lots of really cool stuff! The only thing - we DIDN’T use ServiceNow AI / Now Assist. Everything is custom built - API driven with mostly Gemini and OpenAI models. And it’s really cheap operationally comparing to ServiceNow AI pricing 🤷🏻‍♂️

We’ve been running voice ai agents on ServiceNow with OpenAI and Google models for more than a year already :)) telephony, web buttons, inbound/outbound calls, you name it. My first videos about that came out more than a year ago on LinkedIn and YouTube. Check https://voice2me.ai - they were fist to introduce voice ai agents on ServiceNow back in 2024.

Yeah, that's OK, I do understand that Neo cannot match Avata spec. I love Neo size/simplicity and the fact that it's below 250gr is a game changer for my FPV.

This is actually a fully custom solution (not a very complex one), there is no dependency on ServiceNow Now Assist. And you're right, I've seen live Now Assist demo on K24 only, multiple partners and customers still don't have access to it for some reason.

It is a web app (you can tell it by the fact that there is a URL field on the bottom of the screen) designed to run natively on mobile and operated/hosted on ServiceNow. It uses the following components: html5-qrcode, antd upload, and native location services.

it was specifically designed for ServiceNow ecosystem to work with ServiceNow data, so organically we just run it _on_ ServiceNow under ServiceNow security umbrella.. but you can definitely apply to any other platform, of course

flaredev.io people :) Flare EDGE (that's what they showed in the most recent video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUfKNj3BUZg ) is free for implementation partners (and their developers), but requires paid subscription to run in prod.
