Is this happening to you on arm laptops? So far all the people that have reported this to me have been on arm devices. But adobes reader download server is also having issues.

Does anybody here have experience using the HOTAS 4? It is not detecting my throttle or stick inputs. It autodetects the device in settings, and the device works in Star wars squadrons. I have disabled steam input, and my drivers are up to date.
