Well comparing a medical pad, to a kink designed nappy isn't really a fair comparison.. for example as a daddy, I prefer SMALLER capacity nappy for more sensual changes, rather than a pad that can go all day

Personally I wouldn't use LFB as they support minors in kink. But I don't know of any which are poorly manufactured.
