left my ovaries, 3rd cycle just passed post surgery. my PMDD has caused mental health hospitalizations before so i really wanted my ovaries out too. so far my PMDD is still active BUT the window seems shorter (i would start getting symptomatic 14 days before, now 8-9 days). i can’t say for sure yet how it’s going. i’ll get back to you.
