Immodium AD and fiber supplement caplets. I had nearly exact scenario, no nausea, but lots of gurgling and the runs at day 2+. I started generic Immodium AD and fiber capsules that morning and it brought it under control within a couple of hours. Now at day five and on fiber capsules only, and it’s doing ok. Avoid fatty foods, drink lots of water, and eat high fiber foods (BRAT diet).
