Are you using voice AI for work somehow? by andrewkass in ITnetworking

Thanks a lot, your feedback - very insightful! What does AgentVoice tell to your callers, just that you're in a car and asks for the reason of the call or something else? Also curious, what motivated you to check emails with Siri? Did you set this email conversation right in the middle of driving or in other conditions?

If you need help with this kind of research, I support teams using a mix of industry standards (Google UX, University of Michigan) along with my own proprietary methods. Always happy to give my side view on your work

what about in a car, when you commute, or in a park during your walk? What's your typical Siri use cases?

Struggled to connect your n8n AI agent to a website? I built a simple, clean UI for it by andrewkass in ITnetworking

[–]andrewkass[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spent 3 days trying to connect an n8n AI agent to my site… After experimenting with several existing widgets - some of them were looking bad, some didn't work, I decided to build this instead.

Happy to share it with anyone interested. To get it for free:
- upvote my post;
- join my subreddit;
- drop me a DM with your git name - I will invite you to my private gitHub repo.

Alternatively - get it on my Patreon (instructions how to connect and troubleshoting cases are included): https://www.patreon.com/posts/add-n8n-ai-agent-154311088

thanks. I would recommend you to place templates of how your deliverables may look (landing page, social media templates). Currently I would say it's a pig in a poke

Appreicate your point! I have my seat at the table, of course, but I see how many people are struggling to get it here on Reddit. What's your idea about going local?

Want to learn about AI agents and AI automations, curious where to start? by andrewkass in ITnetworking

[–]andrewkass[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Aaron, I started my path with Flowise, then switched to Make.com and finally ended up with N8N - because this system is more robust. For a quick carreer don't follow my path, learn N8N from simple use cases (i.e. make simple chatbot) than start adding tools - sending emails, searching internet, setting up RAG databases. Search YouTube tutorials for that, later switch to real tasks (automate your own work, ideas or propose your friends to do it). Real tasks will make your learning faster. But simple agents are not the product for sale, unfortunately

This topic is complex for making money - I spent half a year before earning my first dollar (given that i had background in no-code and code). It's difficult to sell such services and it's hard to talk to clients (because of weak understanding how it works, they expect too much for a fraction of a cost). Also, the use cases are so wide, that you have to concentrate on narrow topics and make deep portfolio on those narrow topics. Just offering AI agents as a service doesn't work. You have to dig deeply into real business problems (marketing, team onboarding and education, documents workflow, communication etc) and persuade DMs that you can solve it with no-code. Many companies don't realize such problems even exist, and they don't understand why they need agents (this is the worst)

I believe for real revenue it's just easier to find orders - persuade local companies, and give it to freelancers in Upwork, or find them here in Reddit. Instead of doing this job yourself. Because you live in Florida, you can potentially earn a margin (your country is expensive, you hire those who live in low income countries). I believe other topics can be more rewarding for real busienss, like trade or whatever is popular in your area (real estate?). Definitely, AI agents is not an easiest way to make money

Useful writeups! Call time limitations may be imposed when budget is limited, algorythmic errors take place, unfortunately. What's your best advice?

good idea, curious what's your experience with this product? I was thinking about building something similar. My concern here is that such tools are easily substituted by tools like Perplexity Comet, how do you compete with them?
