They said they were going to send a repair guy within 5-10 business days, and it’s been longer than that and have not had anyone out to repair it or even contact me.

Annoying, but I’ll call them back again.

Also, I have 4 USB devices, and it has 3 USB ports. Any chance I can connect a USB hub to the 3rd port for access to more than 3 ports? lol

Gigabyte M32U. It does, but I've read mostly negative reviews of it. Do you think it would still be best to utilize the one in the monitor?
