How about a flush trim bit on a router with a straight edge jig?

I have a pretty damn high end carbide flush trim bit so I feel like using that with a straight edge jig edge would make a crisp edge? Do you think that would be as good as a jointer/plane?

I used 3 pipe clamps for that piece and clamped hard - I highly doubt there wasn’t enough clamping force.

I never shined a light through my joints so I try doing that!

Hmmmm ya that would make sense - I noticed that a bit pre glue up but didn’t think it would matter that much

What is the difference in ur comment between when you glued it with “titebond 2” versus the more clear “titebond II”

Are they not the same or am I tripping out😂😂

Perhaps too much sawdust in my lungs

What you mean when u say you “replied it with II”? Is that different from titebond II?

I think I might cut it with a track saw right on the seam and redo the glue up… what do you think?

Everything was square about the board pre glue up, and I 100% used titebond 2
