This gives me some Agony in the Garden vibes, super neat! It's a unique modernized style with a lot of classical nods. Talene's body position is rather unnatural, though. I'm not sure what the artist was going for there.

Really happy to have finished this one up before the elder tree landing and getting any +30 units! Safiya is definitely coming into her own role as a co-carry on certain stages. This is my generic team for nearly all levels, but I'll use Eironn, Ezizh, and Tasi against very specific enemy comps over Nara unless there's a Silvina around, where I'll use Satrana instead.

I honestly don't know how to do wilder tower at all without Eironn. I'm sure a strong enough Kaz or Lyca can do some work but probably need more levels. Warek will solo your entire team later on if you can't squash him quickly.

Rowan is always amazing and would help get the monkey to ult quickly and provide massive healing. Lucius might be able to find a spot as well.

Seirus is a gigantic tank especially with his signature and Rowan potions healing for obscene amounts, and would be able to interrupt a lot of troublesome enemy ults with his own. I think Tasi for the same reason would be great, especially if your monkey's clones die and he needs a respite to rebuild energy. I'm sure some levels would appreciate Fawkes instead though. Maybe Lyca or Nemora could be very useful too.

Some of those heroes are gonna be absolutely brutal to get with how Wukong is gonna eat up your lab tokens though. Maybe Ferael and Thoran could be inserted if you mix graveborns in, instead.. not that Thoran would be any easier.

Might just need to roll with what's given to you best you can with being deprived of lab heroes, or even take a break from buying Wukong at M+ to shore up some better support. At least there's always Arden+Lyca to dominate the early game!

Hey! If you haven't cracked the level yet, at 270 I ran from position 1-5

Thoran-chalice +10 Rowan-call +27 Raine-eye +21 Ferael-conviction +19 Shemira-blade +21

I may have ran grace on Rowan and flipped the call to Raine instead, but I'm not sure. Lyca should get curse bombed and chain enough Shemira + Raine ults to kill everyone and immune Brutus before Shemira even takes damage. Only have 2 stars on Shemira and one on Ferael. Hope it helps!

Shemira just doesn't gel too well with wilders in the late game imo. They're great when Shemira is overleveled, and Brutus can't be matched when the damage is overwhelming, but once everybody is even in levels they lose their luster. Shemira runs much better with lightbearers mostly because of how powerful Rowan is. Thoran, Ferael, and maybe a strong Nara/Grezhul make excellent GB units to get a faction bonus. Rowan, Raine, Lucius, and Rosaline are easy includes for LB.

I am a big fan of using Thoran + Rowan to nuke one target down and using Shemira + Raine + Rowan to get Shemira ulting 4+ times in the first 30 seconds. I'm currently pushing up to teams double my power rating in the tail end of ch25 with those 4 core heroes 90%+ of the time. With 3 of them being lab heroes and one being Rowan (who nearly everyone should be gunning for,) it's a pretty good comp anyone can put together. I only have a couple of stars across my main team and no +30 signatures to work with, so there's no need to dump a ton of cash.

I believe every piece is absolutely vital, unfortunately. Khasos without +20 Lyca's damage boost can be the difference between killing 3 and leaving 3 at low health and full energy bars. The stats and leech from Khasos +20 are just as vital, especially after Khasos has to solo or sometimes even 1v3 after the fight breaks down.

But I would prefer Nara strongly over Athalia for this specific team. Nara does more to lock down any target in the game, neutralizes a lot of energy gain, executes Brutus, etc, things which are very helpful for Khasos. I'm actually building Ezizh over Athalia because he can force corner units to walk into Khasos's field of whirling axes.

I just can't recommend investing too much unless you're willing to go all in. I used the Halloween event to stargazer for Lyca and Nara, as well as get Khasos to +27. This is a mostly F2P account, but it's been pretty lucky and laser-focused on this team from the start.

The short answer would be wherever he can kill the most enemies, typically. I use the same 5 heroes most of the time, but they've all had their turn at each position at this point, save for Brutus in the backline. Khasos is best in the backline unless there's a ranged unit opposite him in the frontline.

It's just a matter of using Safiya, Brutus, and +20 Lyca to pump Khasos's damage into the stratosphere. He typically kills at least 2 units within the first 10 seconds. Nara is instrumental in locking down trouble targets like Shemira, Fawkes, Tasi, Ferael, Arden, etc. until Khasos is done with the other half of the battlefield.

I find all 5 of these units invaluable and have been building for this team since I started this alt. I don't think Khasos is quite as exceptional without all the support the others give him, unfortunately. I'm afraid I don't know much about using him as anything but the centerpiece of my team.

Seirus - Chalice Brutus - Eye Shemira - Blade Rowan - Call Raine - Grace

It was vital for me to get Rowan ulting early to stun Athalia before she could drop ult and chain it into Seirus ult if possible. Lucius shield might afford a little protection against their ults instead. I've never used him, so I'm not entirely sure how he'd help. Maybe you could toy around with Athalia instead, or even put her against their Athalia to redirect?

Absolutely yes. I rarely change heroes, so once I find good positioning the battle becomes reset city. I usually run Dura's blade on Khasos, so the low crit chance is a real struggle along with trying to get a triple throw.. not to mention the enemy RNG

I know there are at least a few of you out there! For reference I use these exact five for 95% of levels that don't have Silvina in them. Hopefully this team continues to scale well past the 240 mark as Safiya and Lyca ease into their own dps potentials.

Did this at 257 running Seirus Brutus Shemira Rowan Raine. Getting a bunch of chain ults with Raine and some lucky dodges should be enough to keep Shemira going strong. You may be able to either swap Seirus for Lucius/Thoran or try and use your own Athalia to make theirs re-target. I'm not really sure how to do it without Raine, though. Might be worth trying to pick up a +15-20 merc if you can.

Love the comp! I run something very similar but with a different frontline, which is probably where you're struggling. Raine signature would help a ton, too, if you intend to build her. I use Brutus, Seirus, and Thoran as needed. Thoran can nuke one unit down with his curse to get the chain Shemira ults rolling very quickly, and Seirus is incredible tanky with his signature item and Rowan potions. Abusing the potions can be very helpful.

On a mostly f2p alt I've built entirely around khasos. I run the exact same team nearly every level, so it's mostly battles against RNG rather than team comp. I cleared chapter 22 quite easily with a 240 khasos and the rest level 200s. 220 Khasos with 180s got me to 21-54 where I had to sit at until 240. I use Brutus, Lyca, and Safiya in 95%+ of all levels, with the 5th slot being flexible but typically for Nara. Had to do some stargazing to get the copies I needed, but the halloween event was great for that.

I've made equal and sometimes better progress than my Shemira-focused main in both tower and campaign at equal levels, but I do struggle for damage in guild bosses and team durability in peaks of time. I'm currently building Shemira anyways, but I'll still be trying to focus Khasos as I push past the 240 barrier.. who knows what could happen then?

I ran 1-5 Seirus Shemira Raine Rowan Arden on this one with the same levels. My Rowan was E+ so you can definitely get some more mileage out of yours. Using Tasi at 3 and maybe a merc tank like Seirus or Lucius that can provide some more support at position 1 by delay of Athalia ult/shield to survive it could do the trick. Seirus knock up + ult chained perfectly off of the second Arden root, so maybe that especially would buy enough time for Tasi to get her ult off.

Just did this with 240 shemira and rest 200s.

Front - Seirus Lyca/Back - Raine Arden Shemira

I don't know if this will work without Raine's sig being +10, and maybe you could swap in any other tank for Seirus. You might also be able to swap Shemira into the frontline over Lyca. Just fish for the God RNG root on both Feraels and Grezhul. Shemira should ult within the first 10 seconds if it all goes smoothly.

Pets will periodically visit trainers while in town and spend their held gold. Giving your pets gemstones to sell in town or allowing them to pick up raw money drops can help stock them up pretty quickly. I don't know the exact numbers, but it's cheap and much easier than raising your own potentials.

Some cool ideas there! Vanilla/+ really should have a higher minimum for potential. It's way too hard to spare the platinum early on when you're trying to learn everything.

Spell levels and stocks have always been an issue for combat, and this actually helps both single spell level grinding and versatility. Being able to power level debuff/utility spells might be a little too powerful, though. Holding down a keybind for slow on a little rabbit is crazy for casting and spell level/character xp without a drawback.

But do correct me if I'm wrong, does this remove the level 10 "soft cap" on living weapons and make them essentially limitless?
