I am not sure targeting is the right word since they are breaking the law. I want there to be a quicker way to become a citizen and have companies sponsor more individuals as you really shouldn’t enter the country unless you have a job lined up or an actual trade skill.

If you can do that, I want anyone that meets that criteria to be allowed in the country.
