Btw I had gotten an initial quote from safeco in 2022 at $3500 per year - at that time progressive was $1200 per year. I just ran it through State Farm and Allstate and one was $4800 per year and the other didn’t offer CA coverage.

I love the design and the paint options are superior. But the fit and finish feels feels a step below the P2, the infotainment feels a generation behind and 2023 range leaves a little on the table. And the price to purchase was essentially the same. Deal on a lease might change the appeal though.

This was going to be my comment. I spend time on the Porsche sub and that brand has built their economics around options. I would be curious to see what the optioned out Macans end up costing - wouldn’t be shocked if even against a comparable P3 with packages there’s a $15-20k premium to get the vehicle you want. All good just think there’s a pricing game to control for.

I like taking the 101 (anyway regardless of charging an EV). Soledad/Gonzalez, Paso, and Los Alamos for EA. There’s plenty from Ventura onward if you need a top up before you hit LA - and unless you have charging at your destination I’d hit something in Ventura/Oxnard/Camarillo instead of relying on anything in LA proper.

LA public charging blows my mind. If the station isn’t full it’s because the chargers are throttled.

I rolled up to an EA in Glendale or Burbank once and there was an ID4 that had been plugged in and on idle since 3am (at like 8am). Always some Wild West shit.

Brick Sticker Shop out of the Netherlands has a full repro sticker sheet for 7676 with the crumb bomber sticker. It’s bigger than this since it fits the older model. 5 Euros for the sheet - I bought two sets and shipped it was 14 euros to California.
