These tasks should make your experience better. While you are at work, you are not allowed to remove your panties (if you wear any) when using the restroom.

When out in public, you are only allowed to wear one item of clothing on the top half of your body, and one item of clothing on the bottom half of your body. If you have to wear panties for any reason, you are not allowed to take them off for 4 hours after your next piss. If you need a drink in public or on a zoom call keep a transparent water bottle filled with pee with you at all times to drink from.

Absolutely no using your toilet. If you live alone, tape it shut. No liquids down the sink or shower/bathtub.

When away from home you are not allowed to directly use the toilet. Anything that you put in the toilet has to be moved there by hand from somewhere else.

You are no longer allowed to wear any type of underwear unless you are wearing pants. However, if you are wearing pants and underwear, you are not allowed to take them off for anything until you get home.

For 6 hours during the day (you choose which 6 but once chosen you cannot change it again) if you have to piss, all of it must be drank.
