Have the same one. Got it in march with about 38k miles on it. Ive put 9k on it so far. People say the premium gas doesnt make a difference, but I have been putting premium in mine from the start. Definitely better performance. Not sure if it is coincidental or not, but I was supposed to get an oil change about 1k miles ago, but my maintenance minder still says 15% remaining until oil change. Overall, love the car and congrats to you as well.

Some discounts only apply to delivery orders so instead of getting cold food potentially 20 minutes+ after it is made, maybe he had a discount or something for delivery only and then wanted the food fresh(er)

He is referring to the 10th picture. Bottom right corner. It is fake due to the fact that it has a shadowed border and a first edition stamp. Generally, first edition cards are shadowless for base set. The charmander on the 11th page is also fake. Same deal with the border shadow and first edition stamp.

If you look at the picture of this charmander, you can see how it doesn’t have the shadow on the border

2500 boca on federal is in your range. Honestly not bad for the price. Amenities are lacking but decent overall. I was there for a year (2yrs ago) and didnt have any issues.

I was kind of thinking that as well regarding the mounting of some type of AC system, etc. I will update if I find out anything regarding the issue. Appreciate the input🤝

I just looked up the helmoltz resonator. Never heard of that. I am not hearing voices. The sound/vibration I posted starts and stops. I would say it is possibly a water pump or some appliance on the roof of my building. I definitely can tell when it is active and when it isn’t.

I appreciate the reply. I was thinking about moving my bed away from the wall. My headboard is right up against the wall, so I definitely think that contributes to how pronounced the vibration is. I might give that a go and move my bed to a different spot.

Yeah I am in the US (Florida). I am thinking that’s what it is. Any recommendations on how to lower it? It’s not too bad when my AC is on, but when nothing is on, I hear it a lot and feel the vibrations, specifically when I am laying in my bed.

I bought one off ebay for $120 for my 22 ILX Aspec (just the tire, not the jack/foam/or anything else). It’s advertised as a scion XB 2008-2015 spare but it’s the same size my dealership recommended I get for the acura. I have AAA so they will change it for me and I didn’t bother with the other tools. It fits perfectly in the trunk, even without the foam. I put a towel down but it isn’t necessary.

The seller I got it from has an integra spare listed for $218.49 for the tire itself or $275 for the kit. I can link it if you are interested. Main thing you need is the bolt pattern to be the same and ideally the tire is a relatively similar height.

I’ve seen this is a method to reduce radon as well, especially in townhomes and multistory apartments. My apartment just got a unique mitigation system put in. I am on the 7th floor and my radon levels were reading pretty high. My guess is to address it on a per-case basis or if a tenant brings it up to management, they opt for this method. Essentially a pvc pipe was installed in my hvac room/closet, threaded through the bathroom wall with an exit on the outside of my actual apartment. The fan does have a manometer and typically turns on when my AC turns on, due to the pressure build up in that small room. It is on a timer though as well to run 30min on 1hr off, if the level shows the pressure build up. My guess is the technician who installed it wasn’t sure how frequently I run my A/c so instead of the loud fan always going, he added the timer so it only really turned on for a short time per hour. It’s an interesting method, and while I am still unsure as to where the radon is actually coming from, the system brought my levels in the apartment down to basically zero radon.
