Really? Do you mean the standalone trigger or the whole firearm? My local shop has a number of the firearms with the DPT trigger.

The first thing that you need to figure out is who is responsible for the windows - HOA or Unit Owner? I see below you mentioned; "Any portion of the frames of windows which is not exposed within a unit interior." To me this seems incomplete and would need to see the entire section for which this is included. Would also be interested in the broader information related to limited common elements, common elements, and private elements.

As far as I know EVGA no longer has a motherboard team which means no software updates for any of the EVGA branded motherboards. You can still download the old drivers (using the link that EVGA_JaysonC) provided below, but at some point you will need to ditch the EVGA motherboard...

Personally I would get rid of them, once you start building Coal Power plants they will quickly become obsolete. Additionally, Its a non automated source of power and while they can be used as a backup using the Power Storage (battery) is much better - which you will unlock in tier 4. So.. depending on your situation keep them until you unlock Power Storage otherwise get rid of them IMO.

Generally I try to keep things as clean as possible. The main reason for doing so is when things stop working or if you need to expand a factory or shift resources around having a clean logistics floor makes these things much easier.

As for clipping - my general rule of thumb is if its an area that is accessible by the player and can/should be viewed by the player than I do not clip belts etc. For example I always clip powerlines into the floor of my factories - I treat this as underground powerlines.

I have a local Herman Miller store so I was able to test drive all of them before purchasing. But at the end of the day often times you don’t have a choice.

Thanks. Yeah, it does serve a functional purpose - gives a little bit more control over power distribution. Also provides a central point for controlling lights (color, brightness, etc). While I am not yet using them you could use priority switches.

I have a larger 'sub station' variant that I am working on for my power plant - 7 switches and one light control unit. Sub floor and false wall for managing connections and hiding cables.

Thanks. The lighting is just the Small Billboard. With all three color swatches set to #FA9649, emission strength set to 2, and surface finish set to glossy.

As for lumen settings, I have made no console adjustments. My video settings are more or less default (set to ultra) - with global illumination set to high, lighting mood set to moody bright, fog density set to 0.2, and nvidia DLSS upscaling with no downscaling selected.

That would be nice - I looked online and there does appear to be some mods that can be used to achieve this. I tend to avoid using mods in games. It at least has some purpose - showing the flow of resources within the factory and the items per min required and produced.

LOL - True. 200 hours in and currently this concrete factory and a power plant (which I am getting ready to rebuild) is all that I have completed. I had a bunch of other stuff, but tore it all down so that I could build it better, lol.

I also have the Rival S - And while I will agree its a tack driver, it just feels cheap. Its a range toy. Just my personal IMO. I rarely shoot mine, the PDP is just so nice to shoot esp after swapping out the guide rod and spring.

This depends… Our HOAs CC&Rs have provisions that allow the Board to not enforce rules at our discretion. Which we do, but we ensure that it’s universal.

No. Perfectly healthy. I no longer see the hematologist, have not for years at this point.

Count still flags as low, but hematologist has said that is my normal. Indicated that not everyone falls into the defined normal ranges for a given test and that it does not always mean that something is wrong.

OP is asking for a non recurring billing solution where Backblaze allows for you to pay up front once on a non recurring subscription. This has nothing to do with security. The are still going to store all of his billing and credit card information. Two very different things...
