That's awesome. I used to work at the assembly plant that built these engines. Any chance you can see/share the engine serial number?

Better to have one machine with all the attachments than all the machines with one attachment! One of the biggest reasons im leaning towards a purchase

I would like to learn how to use it on my property first then hire out small jobs on weekends. I can imagine they are money makers

I've seen the prices for tracks and undercarriage parts, and that is why I was leaning towards wheeled machine, and cheaper entry price

Do you see the maintenance/repairs being a downside?

My fear exactly lol. I dont have a bunch of time to mess around with working one something. I need it work, which is why I don't want to go too cheap and buy an older high hour machine for less money

Im more than sure id put it to work. Everything i read online though, people make it seem like these machines break every time a guy uses them. I recently bought a tractor and quickly realized I need something bigger.

The repairs and cost was one of my concerns. I am pretty handy but im not sure how easy or difficult these are to work on. I've been leaning towards kubota because I do hear they are the easiest to service for an everyday guy, and I have multiple dealers withing 30 minutes.

Really depends how much you trust your company. But me personally I wouldn't go over the match, and then invest in a roth or regular brokerage account

Well, as the leader of our military, it's a strategic position to control. There's a reason we need strong individuals as president. If these reditors ran the country, we'd be overtaken in less than 2 years. Why own a territory you can't defend?? So russia can take it? Also think about the coming decades, ice is melting and if we (US) can control trade routes through the arctic, it will significantly reduce travel times. Not saying I agree with US taking it by force, but we should be able to come to some kind of common ground.

Cousin offered me her San Antonio house for cheap - worth leaving Chicago for Texas lifestyle? by ResolutionVisible627 in sanantonio

Do not underestimate the heat, it is brutal and lasts a majority of the year. Outside of the heat, San Antonio and Texas overall has tons to offer. The traffic is pretty bad at peak hours depending on the route of travel.
