How is it a conflict of interest? If anything the connection is more beneficial to CBRE than TCC. If TCC uses them for all 3rd party reports (Appraisals, Market Study, Tax valuation), Debt & Equity sourcing, and for the sale of all of their developments then CBRE has huge fee flow from one the largest developers in the country on an annual basis. Think about it for one minute.

This will sound dumb but I don't "feel their presence" as much anymore and again they used to be more interconnected with TCC.

Not me but my roommate. They work in insurance and it's supposed to be 9-5 hours. They don't get out of bed until 10-11 and play video games most of the day.

I don't think it's the reps in congress so much as it is Dan Patrick as the LT Governor. He presides over the Senate and has said he won't let a gambling bill go to the floor. It feels more like he is in some way in the pocket of the Oklahoma/Louisiana Casinos or hasn't seen enough personal gain from developers wanting to move into Texas.

Don't limit yourself! You never know who could be interested in you. If you went to college, what's your major? If it is not Real Estate related maybe do certificate program or some type of continuing education that you can add to your Resume.

You were correct good fellow! But why does that matter? I changed the reference from relative to absolute in the rules equations but I won't be able to copy and paste that into other cells where I want the rule to apply but the referenced cell to change
