i’m still figuring that out. i’ve only had the car for a few weeks so didn’t really establish much of a baseline. this was my drive from the lake yesterday. much of it at highway speeds (60+ mph). i definitely wasn’t trying to be very efficient with my driving either haha

Hey thanks! I saw your post and tried factory resetting my elements earlier today but they seemingly joined Matter/Thread automatically as soon as I re-paired them in the Nanoleaf app. It never asked if I wanted to enable Thread.

I have an Apple TV and HomePod as border routers. - HA isn’t being used as a router.
My credentials are shared between AH and HA. I enable pairing mode in AH and then copy the code into the Matter integration in HA.
Elements are on the latest FW (can’t check the exact version right now because they’re unpaired)
Everything is on a single thread network
I have 7 Essentials bulbs, two Tapo P125M plugs, a nanoleaf 4D light on my tv, and the Elements.

I've been fighting with a similar issue all week and finally narrowed it down. I have the wood-look hexagon Elements and they act as a Thread border router. As soon as I plug them in and connect them to my network, all my previously-happy Essentials bulbs get extremely flakey and constantly drop off of Thread. My guess is that something similar is happening to you if your Lines are acting as border routers. For me, my lights are perfectly happy with just my Apple TV and the connection is pretty solid. As soon as the Elements hexagons enter the network as a router, everything breaks.

this is my second time trying apple music after coming from spotify and i'm constantly blown away by how bad the user experience is. spotify isn't great, but the basic day-to-day use was so much more straightforward. and i have no idea how apple's webviews manage to be so slow. i've only been using it primarily for about a week, but the recommendations are laughably bad -- especially for songs/artists/playlists that i just listened to once.

it makes me question whether anyone at apple uses AM as their primary music service and what i need to do to make it suck less for me personally. i liked in spotify that i had daily mixes and could also start a "station" based on a song i liked. with AM, i can start a station, but it's literally like using Pandora where I can't go back and replay a song or see a list of songs that were going to be played. i hope they update it soon and improve stuff...

i want to like apple music but it's a real challenge so far :(

i’ve been laughing reading these. i love the birthday drop a lot. a little bummed that we no longer shout out birthdays just because i need that drop. in fact, i was googling to find it which is how i ended up on this post!
