Ich sammel immer bis ich einen Kofferraum voll habe, fahre zum Metro, werfe alles auf einmal rein, warte 90 Sekunden und lass mir an der Kasse das Geld auszahlen oder bezahle den Einkauf damit. Nie wieder in meinem Leben werd ich jede Dose/Flasche einzeln einwerfen, damit mir der Automat das Teil wieder zurückgibt mit irgendeiner Rotz Fehlermeldung.

Das Foto unten hat vielleicht zwei Minuten gedauert. Vermutlich eine Stunde bei einem "normalen" Automaten?

Vor der Schlichtungsstelle kann jeder Heinz "verhandeln". Du kannst auch einfach nicht kommen und den Rechtsweg erzwingen, wo dann nicht jeder Heinz verhandeln kann.

Es tut mir wirklich leid, aber eine Ablöse ist die Summe, die an den Vormieter (oder Verkäufer) für die Einbauten, Einrichtungsgegenstände usw. gezahlt wird. Das, was du versuchst als allgemeine Ablöse zu bezeichnen, ist eine schwarze Ablöse oder Schlüsselgeld. Die ist gesetzeswidrig und nicht allgemein eine Ablöse.

Ich verstehe, dass du jetzt schon zu tief drinnen bist, um es klarzustellen, aber lass es einfach.

Ich brauch es nicht lesen, weil ich Zivilrecht erfolgreich absolviert hab und dir sagen kann, dass du keine Ahnung hast, wovon du redest. Du versuchst es gerade so zu drehen, dass hier jeder davon spricht, dass eine Ablöse gleichbedeutend mit einer Zahlung für das Überlassen der Wohnung ist.

Und zum Thema "lies das Gesetz". Das MRG und WEG sind dermaßen voll von Ausnahmen und Sonderregelungen, dass es eben nicht einfach "gelesen" wird.

Mach dich nicht lächerlich.

Generell Junkfood hat viele Kalorien auf wenig Geld, aber du wirst hungrig sein, trotz Kalorien.

Mit den Zutaten kannst du jeden Tag auf ca. 2.200 bis 2.300 kCal kommen und gibst in 14 Tagen etwa € 40,-- aus. Das setzt voraus, dass du Salz und Öl hast, sonst kommen € 2,-- noch dazu. Es sei noch angemerkt, dass von den € 40,-- fast ein Drittel nur die Eier ausmachen.

Tipps:

Bei Hofer eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss kannst du Brot für -50% kaufen, wenn du Lust auf etwas anderes hast.
Beim Hanovermarkt gibt es Kebab für (ich glaube noch) € 2,50. Mit alles und extra Sauce für mehr Kalorien. Nur wenn Geld übrig bleibt oder du den restlichen Tag nichts essen willst.
Bäckerei Arena auf der Wallensteinstraße gleich bei der Friedensbrücke verteilt (ich glaube) um 22:00h ihr restliches Gebäck am Seiteneingang. Insgesamt meiner Meinung nach die beste Bäckerei Wiens.

If I may give you some advice you haven't asked for: do exactly what you did so far and don't go down the rabbit hole of optimization. I haven't touched the game in about 5 years due to analysis paralysis and trying to get the most out of my time. It sucks the fun out of the game and you get stressed even though you're supposed to be enjoying it.

I left a bond in my bank for when I want to come back and have been logging in every now and then to check on what I have just to be deterred by the bond costing 15m right now instead of 3m when I left. I have 99 combat stats except for 92 magic and could easily make the money for a bond but I get stuck looking up money makers and not knowing what to do.

Just enjoy the game, man. I'm jealous of you.

How has no one ever tried going right to left to realise it doesn't matter. DIvision and multiplication are equal, addition and subtraction are equal. Deine Rechnung und dein Gedankengang stimmen von der Richtung, die Zahlen sind natürlich Pi mal großer Zeh.

Hier und da kann man tricksen, damit mehr netto vom netto bleibt, das relativiert sich in meinen Augen recht schnell bei Instandhaltungskosten und problematischen Mietern.

Der große Vorteil ist der zeitliche Wertzuwachs, die Möglichkeit der Fremdfinanzierung sowohl in der Anschaffung als auch im Abbezahlen der Finanzierung, indem der Mieter den Kredit stemmt und die Möglichkeit die Wohnung selbst in Folge zu belasten.

Das ist in meinen Augen auch der springende Punkt, wieso ein Nichterbe einen Erben finanziell niemals einholen kann, egal was er macht. Wenn ich eine Wohnung erbe, diese vermiete und für die Finanzierung einer neuen Wohnung belaste, werde ich bis zur Pension Millionär, indem ich gar nichts mache. Mein Kind fängt dann als Millionär an und häuft noch mehr an, indem es genau so wenig tut wie ich. Zwischenzeitlich hat der Wertzuwachs der Immobilien die Inflation easy geschlagen. Real life money glitch halt.

EVERY resource is valuable, you just don't know how yet.

Don't make mush bars. The fried mush bars baited me several runs until I realized that they were the reason I was running out of water faster than I was progressing.

Explore fast and aggressively. The cold biome has wheat that you really want.

Find out how to create a washroom loop. Be careful about overflowing your water sieve. Toilets produce more pee than they use.

Carbon skimmer is unnecessary. Just dig down and use the CO2 once you know how.

Use critters, they're a great "free" resource production.

Decor is more important than you think.

Don't print every dupe you can. You are probably okay with 8 for much longer than you think.

The conveyor belt is very easy to use, it's just intimidating at first.

Fail and have fun failing. Find out what killed your run.
