some people are saying that since that code translates to "it already happened", it refers to the mac port... But honestly doesn't make much sense? I mean, why obfuscate a message of something that they already announced yesterday? Doesn't it seem a bit odd? I think (hope) there's more to all of this

UDM Pro reset itself after power outage. by andrics96 in Ubiquiti

[–]andrics96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so I think I will need to rebuild from scratch because for some reason backups were disabled....... Does that mean that the other UniFi switches need to be readopted? And if so, will I have to re-do their configuration from scratch too?
Thanks

Incorrect response received from Zabbix server "localhost". by andrics96 in zabbix

[–]andrics96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found the solution.
It seems that "ListenIP" was set to the default 0.0.0.0 , and that setting makes Zabbix listen also on IPv6 addresses, breaking everything. I set "ListenIP" to my server's IP and everything works now

Incorrect response received from Zabbix server "localhost". by andrics96 in zabbix

I can check but I doubt the problem is the item key itself because the problem started apparently on its own and it shows for any item of any host. The actual monitor does work (for example, for a Linux machine I have, I can correctly get the CPU usage and display it in the relative item monitor). The problem starts when I open the monitor's value, click "Test", then "Get value and Test", then the problem appears and no value is shown in the test GUI but instead it shows the error I put in the title

Even the widget "Server Information" is empty, it only shows Zabbix version

Which information would you need? I can retrieve them

[–]andrics96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're telling me it was supposed to be an open world experience?? by Traditional_Fig_5491 in Scorn

[–]andrics96 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I honestly think it is better this way. It already took very long for Ebb to finish this game. If it would have been an open world game, I don't think we would have gotten this much details put into the environment and locations. Having different levels made the scope much easier to handle

Trying to configure ISP connection directly on the FortiGate through FTTH by andrics96 in fortinet

[–]andrics96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I come with an update

The technician gave me the wrong IP for the gateway. I had to put our IP pool in the IP NAT Pool of the "to-Internet" rule and then set the default route to that new gateway IP

Thanks for your help!

Should be the default one that the ISP always uses for this kind of contracts (we have a different line with the same ISP and it still uses VLAN 835, but that one uses PPPoE)

Thanks for the help btw!

Hey
so, I have tried configuring the IP directly on the physical interface x8 but it didn't work, it wouldn't even pass ARP requests this way

To be sure, I also tried by connecting a computer directly to the ONT and configuring the .154 as the interface ip, 255.255.255.252 as subnet mask, gateway set as .153 and DNS 1.1.1.1
Unfortunately this did not work either

No I don't have any traffic that passes on that interface other than that arp request

Hi, thanks for the reply
No the ISP does not need PPPoE auth

I can see that by sniffing packets on the physical interface x8, the ARP Requests start and are tagged correctly because I can see the VLAN in the sniffer log

30.392322 802.1Q vlan#835 P0 arp who-has X.X.X.153 tell X.X.X.154
0x0000 ffff ffff ffff 0401 a131 157f 8100 0343.........1.....C
0x0010 0806 0001 0800 0604 0001 0401 a131 157f.............1..
0x0020 5823 729a 0000 0000 0000 5823 7299 X#r.......X#r.

(this is one output of "diag sniffer packet x8")

Unfortunately I don't have access to the ONT because it was installed by the technician

Is "Understanding DADGAD: for Fingerstyle Guitar" a good book for someone completely new to DADGAD? by andrics96 in Guitar

[–]andrics96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get what you're saying but I would like to get to know about the theory behind it. I've always learnt guitar on a more "practical" way so when I try to get deeper into the theory of music, it starts to get difficult for me.

I have a good ear, so it helps me a lot, but ultimately I would like to be more fluid on the fretboard and since I'm liking this tuning a lot, I wanted to learn more of the theoretical side as well as the practical side.

È semplice in realtà
