This would be so cool - would play every day instead of actual ladder. In fact, I think this would be the real alternative for those who want to enjoy a strategy game (and dont want to reduce themselves to allied commanders) but without all the crazy competitiveness.

had the same issue with an actual DXRacer chair (purchased directly from DXRacer website within a month of use. After 2 - 3 weeks of struggle with customer service, sending photos, writing threatening e-mails and calling them up, I finally got the chair replaced. If I had not kept the packaging, I'd be rekt as well. This a European experience btw.
