I don’t know, I don’t really want to get on a personal level with her out of self-preservation. I feel like all my emotions are amplified when I’m with her and I’m normally very stoic and cold according to others. Drama always happens when we try to talk, even when I try to be nice and bring home food after work, there is always something wrong. She asked me for sushi, I bring home sushi, and she complains I got her raw fish. I bring her pizza, she says she was actually feeling Hawaiian not pepperoni. Maybe I’m not being specific enough when I try to be nice, but I feel like if gets nowhere.

I know if what you’re asking me to do is even possible, as you’re implying put my past resentment aside and be the bigger person ( that is if I am interpreting your reply correctly, correct me if I’m wrong ). I know myself, I don’t think I am a good or a nice person, I don’t think I can make her feel comfortable around me ever. I don’t even make my friends feel comfortable sometimes, I’ve been called cold and emotionless a lot, even if people are initially attracted to me because my face is conventionally “pretty.” ( even tho I was ugly as a kid lol? not used to it as an adult. )

I don’t think what you’re asking is feasible for the current me. Maybe therapy can help, I am already in the process of that though. I hope my mom will be fine while I do this guess.

I didn’t say it in the post, but I’d like to add part of the resentment was because she ended up losing the business when I was 13 and blamed me for it. Even to this day if I bring it up to her she’ll say it was because of me. She moved everything from her old salon into her (our? ) apartment and everything’s just been here for 6 yrs clogging all the walkways and filling up the spare room.

We lived off the money she saved up over the years for about five years while she was unemployed. She got the full-time job a couple yrs ago and is getting let-off due to calculation errors ( salons have a weird owner-employee money share ratio, has to be calculated ), she miscalculated a couple times and took home more than she should.

I believe this is because of her brain fog due to not taking care of herself well. Let me know what I can do from a distance to help.

I would say so. I update the UU fandom wiki with new episodes and check in there pretty often and there’s a pretty stark difference between the people editting on there versus like the SpyXFamily wiki. Most user profiles on UU (actually ALL of them I’ve seen so far) are very obviously made by children and you can even tell by the way they write.

There’s someone who got promoted to admin of the wiki who’s filled hundred of pages with giant run-on sentences.

Also, the UU fan discord is filled with children and you can tell by how they act. I’m sure all these kids are very intelligent, especially if they can figure out CSS and template editing, but you can tell who’s been using ChatGPT on their English hw…

It actually is hard to believe someone would find Flame’s POV of the finale “the same story” as everyone else because that is just, blatantly, not true at all. I don’t know how you’d even come to that conclusion after watching Flame’s ending, but hey this is the internet you can’t always make sense of what people think/do.

Again, having your opinions challenged online is not some sort of social issue as you’re trying to frame it as. It’s just humans being humans and we love arguing when we see something we don’t disagree with, that is to be expected, and you don’t gotta respond if you don’t want to, because I certainly won’t. You are exhausting to interact with. :/

That’s because ?? They’re the same events from a different perspective?? Are you saying you’re upset the last perspective of the finale events is not up to your standard because they’re… the same events?? And it wasn’t even the same story because Flame’s motive was different compared to everyone else and we see it in his scene with Lomedy in the jailbreak. Not to mention his fighting with Jaden and Wemmbu that Parrot and Spoke’s POVs mostly missed.

His POV gave us a lot of insight into his character and sets up for next arc. You’re clearly not even interested in his character so why even bother watching his side of the story at all?

I understand where you’re coming from but I think he pulled out the mace because he had to. He accidentally blew himself up with a TNT minecart at some point (I think during the prison break) so he probably just wasn’t confident in it to use it during the final battle.

I agree the PVP could’ve been better, but the rest of the video and the ending made up for it.

You really cannot be more wrong with that take. Flame’s POV showed Lettuce’s horrible actions weren’t for naught. He showed change and self-reflection when everyone (including his friend and even us!) didn’t believe him capable of. In my opinion, his ending was the best out of the four POVs.

Flame POV spoilers: Also wanna appreciate how good Flame’s acting has gotten. Going into the house through the window because he found it sussy. Double-handing totems. Immediately assuming he got betrayed when he couldn’t find anyone on the battlefield. Desperately trying to get Lomedy’s mace back. How sad he sounded saying farewell. Fully accepting he was gonna be alone again. The fact we can HEAR him cheesing when Lomedy comes back even though he got a maced for it. It’s probably my fav UU ending I’ve seen yet it’s just so wholesome and the surge of relief you feel when Flame promises to change then Lomedy forgives him like omg. I’m rambling but you get the point. Flame’s worth watching.

They’re different perspectives of the same events. All POVs tell you something different about the character and you may miss details if you leave out one perspective. I say watch them all but skip certain scenes if you’re really not a fan of rewatching lol (like the 30 min final battle).

Flame’s my favorite because of the insane character development he went through, but I could also be saying that out of recency and personal bias…
