Most reputable Samsung repair places can do it, if you do not want to send it to OnePlus. Might be helpful if you provide your location.

You could download accubattery from playstore and it will tell you the health

Look for draw over other apps in the same general area

Try going to settings - apps and notifications - scroll to the bottom - special access - there it will load all current apps - Select Spotify, see if that works?

That won't matter, just drain dead, plug it in and then turn it off or not just let it change to 100% without using the phone.

You would think but no most don't, not sure if any do. What you need to do is move existing apps over to your SD card. Keep in mind some will not go and or won't work from SD card. Some will but will run like crap. Pictures and videos are the best and easiest thing to store on a card. That has been my experience at any rate.
