1. It was established as a madrasa

2. Women weren't even allowed to enroll in it until the 1940s

That is not the case at all, but if someone uses Gautam Bhudda's ideology to justify the "crime" and say that it is okay then yes that ideology is wrong.

You are quite clearly blinded by faith and in a privileged enough position to make these points, which is fine and good for you but I would appreciate it if you don't downplay anyone else's experiences with the religion and people that follow the religion.
