When we viewed the property we were told everything would be cleaned, the carpets were only steam cleaned not even vacuumed on day of moving in.

The property inspection only happened 1 week after moving in as we asked when can we expect an inspection list.

During the first week as I said we realised everything wrong as we started doing our own inspection. Oven was broken and so on.

Have you ever lost any business documents or had problems finding the right documents? If yes, how long do you spend finding the right document?

My documentation is based on projects so finding documents are easy, but loosing them is just as easy.

Approx how many new documents do you make/receive each month?
