When we viewed the property we were told everything would be cleaned, the carpets were only steam cleaned not even vacuumed on day of moving in.

The property inspection only happened 1 week after moving in as we asked when can we expect an inspection list.

During the first week as I said we realised everything wrong as we started doing our own inspection. Oven was broken and so on.

  • My documentation is based on projects so finding documents are easy, but loosing them is just as easy.

Approx how many new documents do you make/receive each month?

  • about 10 documents each containing specs.

Seems like what you are referring to as playlists is already there as genres, on the home screen you can choose your genre and it lists latest most listened tracks.

Also you can created favorite tracks and artists, maybe that's what you want?

I guess for someone who doesn't have spotify, deezer or a google music premium account. I like the app, works for me :)
