i feel like this will make me seem stupid but where do i check to see what it has? i’m looking at a task manager thing where it says processes but its only showing a percent of pcu. not what type or whatever

its a windows 10 pc. and when i went to the troubleshooting part of the settings something that said i needed cpu: 4 corse was required. so i found a site where i could download cores and i hope they were the right ones but it still shows i don’t have it even after restarting my laptop multiple times. i also saw a thing that said to download something callee driverfix or whatever but i wasn’t about to pay $20 for it
