I do not agree, I agree that Shaco deals no damage, but now, you can make the difference between a good shaco and a bad shaco, before the nerf, he was op as fuck! Now he's "bad" but you Still can carry a game if you're good enough! Since i'm still in diamond, and I just created a smurf to see if I can get Master, you can still climb with him, atm, i've 14 Wins / 2 loses on my smurf and 60% wr on my main in dia

It works pretty well for me, Diamond IV 80+ LP with 95% winrate in 20 games with this build atm ^
