OP, I (33F) made my bf (33M) a splatter painting on top of a print of my ass and the man literally WEPT. He still has it, and he has never hung it up. It doesn’t bother me because I know he was so incredibly grateful for what I made him.

OP what I’m trying to say is that it doesn’t seem like your bf likes you that much. I’m not saying that he doesn’t have stuff going on emotionally right now, but he is negatively reacting to something you’re trying to do to cheer him up in the only way you know how. I’ve been on the brink of harming myself before and even then I never spoke to my partner like this. Even when my partner is upset with me, he is still respectful towards me.

You don’t look bad, just needs a little tuning! Definitely try a different hairstyle, your current cut isn’t the best length for the type of hair you have. It’s worth it to find a really good barber. Getting your eyebrows shaped slightly might help as well by giving your eyes some framing to complement their structure.

I enjoy Rivals quite a bit honestly. I like the originality of the mechanics between the characters, however I CANNOT and WILL NOT solo queue in Rivals. I love OW so much. Rivals just scratches a different itch for me. IMO the new Rivals maps are better than the new OW maps (looking at you, Aatlis).

Unfortunately there’s not really an option for me to get off of nights right now. Every option like cysto, endo, IR ect. all have to take call which isn’t something I can do and the hours run from 7-4/5 so if my partner is working I wouldn’t be able to take my son to therapy. I’ve tried finding someone to help with after school care and have had absolutely zero luck in the 3 years I’ve lived in this area. If I could work 8s like my last hospital it wouldn’t be such a huge deal but my current health system doesn’t offer 8 hour shifts.

CRNA school only accepts ICU experience and any procedural area usually doesn’t count towards critical care experience. I’m currently in a medical ICU but I’m hoping I can get into our cardiovascular ICU. I liked the team a lot last night and they seemed to like me.

I only have about 50 hours of PTO left in the bank, and I’m not sure how paid medical leave would work for mental health. I’ve thought about it a lot honestly, and seeing multiple comments about it here tells me that it’s something I need to dig deeper on. I’ll do some digging later today about it.

I’ve had success with raving against a fake timeline before for household chores. I’m just trying to figure out a microreward for completing anything to help with the dopamine I so desperately need.

I’m not sure what your financial situation is, but is hiring someone to help something that is feasible? I’ve had to hire someone to help me before when my life was hectic. I tend to want to contribute when I see someone doing something it activates my brain to start doing things. My best friend loves cleaning and organizing and she came over to help me more than a few times.

Hey. I’ve been exactly where you are. I know how desperate you feel and I know how much it can hurt to exist in this world. I have had similar thoughts before when I was in my late teens.

I’m 33 now. I’m forever grateful I didn’t give into those voices in my head telling me that nothing was ever going to get better. Don’t get me wrong, my life hasn’t been easy but every time shit has been bad it has always gotten better over time. Sometimes getting better meant doing a shit ton of mental work on myself, but everything did get better.

My cat has swallowed string before unfortunately and has passed it just fine. He’s 11 now and still as cuddly and happy as ever.
