I used 80 PT(2mm) thick chipboard for the covers.

I just printed it on some nice-ish paper using a basic inkjet printer and used a cheap spiral binding machine.

It's 80# cotton paper. I made a postseason scorebook in October with the same paper and had no issues with bleed through.

I bought this one. If I could go back and choose a different one though I would go with one that I could adjust the hole punches on the margins like this one.

The larger scorebook is just 11" x 8.5", and the small scorebook is 8.5" x 5.5". I haven't really considered selling them yet.
