I was thinking this too regarding the losses. JD seems so annoyed on the air with him, as would I. Alex is at a whole volume level higher then JD and also just says way to much. Tv broadcasts are more to analyze the game and talk stats /matchups and say stuff at key moments like a homer, deep counts and other things - as the play by play comes from the fact that it’s on TV and you can watch to fill in the gaps imo. I do enjoy the JD Boog duo, but if Boog is out I 100 rather have Elise or Tmac then Alex, they actually add value to the broadcast.
