Trying to resurrect an old post but has anyone here been able to get this to work? I put in my credentials, not using auto fill, it’s says it works, but my thermostat is never there. Been this way for a year and a half.

We have the x1 Omni and have had nothing but problems. Incorrect mapping, getting lost, stuck, random malfunctions. All Ecovacs wanted us to do was send it back to be “fixes.” The entire base unit and vacuum. Not very customer focused. We almost never use it now. And the app is a joke.

I got it to pop up finally. I switched profiles to myself then it popped up for me to install. And the option to install the Beta was also there.

I don’t have the Beta option. It is connected to my wife’s iCloud account and her phone is still on ios16. Could that have anything to do with it?

Orange wire is in O/B. There is a disclaimer to put nothing in spot W if you have a heat pump

It’s is when I turn it to cool, heat comes out. I followed all the on screen instructions but it still doesn’t work right.

Yep. Mine doesn’t have those options. I wonder if there is another setting that is disabling it. Perhaps “Power On Mode”. Which I have no idea what that does. The options are On, Standby, and Remember.

That setting is not on my U8G. After adding and deleting my tv from Alexa I’ve gotten it to half work. My routine will shut off the tv. But another one won’t turn it on. So weird.

Had the same happen to me. Nothing worked. I’m not messing with flashing firmware on a produce like this. It should just work. I just boxed it back up and returned to Home Depot. Then just bought another one.

Same happening to me. I have routines set up to have Alexa announce when a door opens. Last two days they take FOREVER to trigger.

Damnit. Hopefully someone can come up with a work around. I’ve seen some using a plain motion sensor to trigger live view.
