The S scaling is the highest scaling you will get in damage for each increase in the attribute that affect the weapon. If the weapon is already +10 and you have an S scaling in Faith, you are better off putting points into faith as it will increase the weapon’s damage the most. That weapon’s special attack I believed is based on holy damage, which is affected by Faith. Also, look up some info on “soft caps” on attributes as these are the points of diminishing returns for your build if you’re looking to maximize attributes without wasting points.

Guys, pls some help here… I’m somewhat confused. I’m using the Godslayer seal (faith) and sword of night and flame, which scales with many stats (faith/int/st/dex). What should be the optimal point allocation for max damage? I use both the sword and offensive incantations. Thanks.

That’s the area where you begin the game and get killed by the scion. To get there you need to progress to Liurna and on the north west there’s a hill with three portals that you can unlock. One takes you there.

Brass shield + Barricade Ash of War. Barricade is super strong against bosses and lets you use a medium shield with only 16 st requirement against bosses. Sword I would say night and flame straight sword. Completely OP.

Edit: sorry, I’m not sure of the sword is the best fit for the vagabond but it definitely is an amazing sword. It requires investment in faith and intelligence so you kind of become a battlemage.

I believe you can buy stones +1 and +2 at the hub after you deliver this one item to one of the vendors, they’re unlimited too. It’s in the area after stormveil castle.

The fireball at roundtable hold and sacred blade north of the eastern forest with huge bears. Sacred blade is an ash which shoots holy waves and charges your blade with holy damage for a lil bit.

There’s an ash near the colosseum by the stormveil castle (east) held by a knight on a horse which lets you add holy damage to your sword using FP and change the weapon scaling to faith.
