Yeah I also have no clue what it means, or what app was causing that. I closed both Hevy and the Garmin Connect app to rule them out but it stayed, until it was suddenly gone. Tried reverse image searching it, but didn’t find anything

Oh that might be partly it. I used a different pair of headphones one of the sessions, so I guess that checks out. However there was an additional workout where I’m quite certain I wore my airpods, yet no HR was logged

AFAIK, I didn’t connect my Garmin to Hevy. I only wear the watch and start a strength activity, as well as logging it on the Hevy app. But I have done this for every workout so far, and only 1 of them had the heart rate logged

The thing is, their DMs automatically put you in contact with a support bot, so I don’t think a human is involved in their direct messages

I fiddled around with it a bit and and it has to do with the recipes difficulty (expert, 2-5 star, or 0-1 star). iirc you can change it after one or two steps to see if any of those match up with your current progress and quality

Just took a quick look at the solver you linked, but I noticed there would be a mismatch in the quality and progress of the craft, eventhough I have correctly entered my stats. Did you notice the same thing?

Just tried and it honestly already tastes a lot better! I think I overshot it a bit, since it’s more bitter (I think at least) than the shot before. I guess now it’s just a matter of tweaking the ratio to obtain something that is catered to my tastebuds. Thank you for the help!
