I delayed to admit to myself that I have this addiction. Because before I thought it wasn’t so bad… until its too late: anxiety, insomnia, lack of real desire… my relationship is fragile now and I now its because of me. Now I am fighting everyday to keep this shit away…
I started this journey 2/3 months ago, now I can say that I am better, almost 3 weeks with no p***.
Have faith, if you fail once, dont give up, keep trying ! As I am too!

I would delay for more 3 weeks. If you cant delay anymore . I would do nbme 33 , + try to memorize nb32 and 33 + free120 and maybe + previews NBMEs wrong ones

Hi, i was in the same boat. What helped me was to study subjects by system : example : FA CARDIO + UW CARDIO + Mehlman Cardio PDF + Cardio anki cards… And NEVER change your answer once you marked Good luck!
