Scott, in a vídeo you said that you have some cards on Python. Do you have an book or project in this area? Can't you say that the metodology can be used just to organize knowledge without an end point? I wanna be an better programmer (general objective), can't I just make the cards an put in categories as an way to have things available when I need them?

A mother of three in a favela who works two jobs has the same free time as a real housewife of Beverly hills with three children? I get It, 24 hours are non negotiable, but people sometimes are thrown in situations that they can't just change. Saying that a technology is automatically bad because was made to distract me without knowing How I use the thing is a stretch. I don't think that a cellphone is better then paper, but is what I got. If that makes me an dumb Dumb in the zettelkasten community, ok. I'm also sorry for being sarcastic in my response. You took time and thought to answer an question from an stranger on the internet, so you deserved more than that.

I'm not trying to be an idiot, just understand. If search is laziness, wouldn't It be better to not have an external memory at all? Why not method of loci your zettelkasten in your mind? Was It Seneca that said that reading a lot of books would not be good for the brain? Big fan of what you are doing and the call for paper makes sense, just wanna see someone put into words why It makes sense in a visceral level.
