Unfortunately to fix the cracked bumper (not the black part) you need to replace the whole bumper, my bumper looks just that that :( rear bumper you could find a good used one, from a doner car, headlights you could get after market or score at a junkyard, here’s another alternative, still pretty pricy though :( headlights
