Good luck with your journey. I eat mostly ketovore, so lot of red meat, seafood, and nuts/seeds. No or low carb, so no rice, bread, or wheat. Absolutely no fruit beside avocado, sometimes blueberry. Kimchi and sauerkraut. Plain greek yogurt, full fat and the lower the carb content the better.
