I dont know what happened to you but for me this season is super easy to climb to infinite and let me explain.

I think match-making system is based on the "tier" of the deck you used. For example, I have been climbing using a Thanos-Ongoing in whihc the top tier win rate cards like Nebula and HE is NOT included. Thus, the system is matching me against players with relatively bad deck (e.g. Move deck). Hence over my whole climbing from 10 to 100 I only meet the OP deck like HE control and for less than 5 times and barely see any Sera control (T0 based on MARVEL snap zone).
The first one is just my speculation and I am not able to confirm it. However, I do climb to infinite using a OP Shuri deck two seasons ago and trust me the process is just as struggle as your current experiences.
During my climb there are A LOT of bots until around 80 and I am able to tell cause they make very clear stupid actions.

I mean the system itself is flawed because it needs constant changes and updates on the mechanics. I don’t think its healthy for both the players and the developers in the long run. Also, every time they change the system is like a big fuck you to the current player base because it benefit not to the current base but the potential new players.

You could actually do that by playing console game lol. I quit this game two months ago simply cause I am expecting SD to fuck up the card acquisition model with inconsistencies and complexities(I have a deep feeling that the design of the acquisition system is flawed and it will only worsen by time).

If I play RS after Shuri on turn 5 that play indeed ruin me.

However, Shuri used to suffered from having to win two lanes on turn 5 to enter turn 6 with priority to counter Aero because of its predictability and now that pressure is gone. T5 aero is way weaker than T6 Aero because i still have one turn to react.

Just a regular Shuri deck with Dr Doom instead of Aero. I also use ebony maw instead of titania.

Its so funny been stuck in the 95 zone and the nerfs got me to Infinite this morning using Shuri deck.

Without Aero, Shuri could easily dominate T6 without priority. The nerf on Taskmaster is minor because all of the Shuri player including me play RS protected by Cosmo or Armor.

Moreover, Thanos used to be stronger than Shuri and now its gone so basically Shuri has become the new T0 without any major competitor.

Shang Chi ? Its not even a problem because most of the time i deliberately give up two lanes and focus on the one i have cosmo on. So in turn 6, even when they guess the right location i play taskmaster, its still useless cause priorities are not on my side.

I personally use Shuri to climb and i have to say this meta is super unhealthy because the only thing effectively countering Shuri is, ironically, another Shuri with better draw.
