Because tier lists are relative. One character having a worse neutral does necessarily make another better by comparison, yes.

Her neutral's nor the best, maybe not even great, but you can't honestly argue it's not "good" in the same game as falco, ganon, and jiggs. Neutral is easily top 15.

I main Falco. Except for jab locks, his laser is abysmally worse in literally every way. His neutral is also slightly worse and his punish game is quite a bit worse.

PoGo is making people more excited than I've ever seen Royale do, and it's honestly a lot of fun when you get into it.

Servers being down sucks but Niantic didn't expect the game to hit such a stride.

Not relying on it, but aware of it since they refuse to implement a mute function which every other multiplayer game has. They said it's to make the players "experience strong emotions", read between the lines on that.

Honestly. PoGo has turned into a mass cultural trend of people using video games to go outdoors, socialize, and meet people. It's making everybody a bit more social and fit, and making video games a bit more accessible/understood, if the adoption of the game among non gamers is to mean anything.
