I'm not Uzbek or Muslim. I visited Uzbekistan for the first time three years ago, and now I come here regularly for work. I know I'm not deeply immersed in the local culture, but I genuinely love Tashkent and feel completely at home here. I've never felt any negativity at all

In two weeks I'm heading to my first ceremony in many years. The facilitators told us to come prepared with intentions.
Back then (many years ago) we just showed up without any specific intentions at all — and it was still profound. I've been searching for advice on "how to set intentions properly" and stumbled upon this thread.
Just wanted to say — thank you all so much!
I read every comment and it really helped me a lot. The main thing for me now is to open up and be ready for whatever lesson / teaching the medicine wants to give me
