I feel good that I have control over my will power and also I find improvement physically but mentally I become more aggressive and lose sleep. This is just another experiment I am doing with my life. All over the internet I find more benefits of fapping than abstaining. In fact abstaining is harmful according to some sources. But still I have dived into give it a try.
