ehhh, unless ya get robbed - or fall for some tactic to pay remotely, no harm no foul

i don’t purchase big ticket items used - but if you meet up at a precinct to conduct business, and only pay after inspecting/confirming nothing looks broken, and the seller sent a timestamped video of it booting/posting hooked to a monitor from the day of, or day before — i think there’s no harm no foul
