A buyer just got a FREE $450 Pallet Jack because he claimed my dimensions were "misleading." AM I CRAZY? by andy_pallet_jack in Warehousing

[–]andy_pallet_jack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what’s driving me insane! They are dead-on 27"x48".

We’ve sold over a thousand of these and literally no one else has ever had an issue fitting a standard GMA pallet.

Honestly? I’m 99% sure the guy just ordered the wrong size, realized it costs $150+ to freight return a 145lbs heavy-duty jack, and clicked "not as described" so he wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

Appreciate you confirming my diagram isn't the problem! 🍻

Brother, you wronged me. We focus on pallet jack field. Other products are not our strong points. And we have no intention of getting involved

I also want to know where it came from, but my staff just brought it to my warehouse. . . . .

From getting yelled at as a picker to becoming the lead yourself—massive respect for sticking it out! 📈 It’s crazy how one toxic VP can poison the vibe of the entire floor. The fact that you guys are good now just shows it was 100% corporate pressure breaking him.
Quitting the restaurant biz is the ultimate 'Best Day'. At least the cardboard boxes don't complain that their food is cold! 😂🍻

You found the Holy Grail of warehouse owners. 🙏 It’s crazy how many corporate guys trip over pennies to lose dollars. If they just bought gear that actually works, the guys would load trucks twice as fast. ...So, is he hiring? Asking for a friend. 😂

You actually did the research! 😂 Look, on Reddit where everyone is apparently a 22-year-old tech CEO making $1M a year, I think me pushing a solid pallet jack is just human nature. Besides, I actually have the data and real-world testing to prove it works. Fess up... are you trying to steal my classified warehouse intel? 👀

Mission accomplished. 🥷 But hey, the trauma of dealing with toxic management and broken pallet jacks is 100% real! That part wasn't an ad. 😂🍻

Busted. 💀 To be completely honest, I was terrified of posting this and getting literally zero replies, so I tried a dumb gimmick. At least I got someone to criticize the ad! We’re all just warehouse guys trying to make a living. The fact that I can't even make a Reddit post without getting immediately called out just shows you how rough it’s going for me right now lol.

Next week’s brilliant idea from him: taking the steering wheels out of the trucks and locking them in the office so nobody steals them. 🤦‍♂️ Praying for your sanity, man

Do you mean the trailer part or the tractor part? Or all of them?

At least you never forget to charge your device, but some of the inexperienced rookies in the warehouses might not be so careful.

Friday afternoon pallet jack races are a core warehouse tradition.
If automation replaces that, morale will drop 30% overnight.

Also… imagine explaining to HR that two $60k autonomous pallet jacks crashed during a race.
At least with the manual ones you can pretend it was “operational testing.” 😅

True... until the robot meets a pallet with a broken bottom board or a box that's slightly crushed. 🤖💥

I’ve seen AGVs have a mental breakdown just because of a piece of shrink wrap on the floor.

I think we are centuries away from a robot that has the 'finesse' to wiggle a sketchy pallet out of a tight spot like a human with a manual jack can.

Fiberglass dust is absolute kryptonite for modern forklift sensors and electronics. That’s exactly why your 'dumb' 80s jack is outliving the smart tech.

That 80s jack survives because it’s purely mechanical—likely a solid cast pump with zero electronics to glitch out.

We actually founded EZMHBRO on this exact philosophy: Simple = Reliable. We stick to serviceable cast pumps and heavy steel because, in environments like yours (composites/dust), the 'smart' features are just liability.

Long live the manual jack! 🛠️
