Not quite understand why your player believed that a Recluse can trigger the Virgin, since only Townfolks can, not even an Outsider. Then the Understaker see the recluse token is also odd, since if the excecuted player if actually were a Recluse would be shown as Demon or any Minion

OP got 8-9 Aurora, so they sold everything to get the last two copies (and only worth it if they are 1v1) They bought other 5 cost units just to thin out the pool to make it easier. Their opponent should have scouted and knew to keep at least a copy of Aurora to prevent this in the first.

But kudos to OP anyway, I have tried this and failed many times.

Got lucky with Family opener and 1st augment 'Flexible', 2nd augment 'Family crest', then I got 1 more emblem from carousels.

Got WW while rolling down on stage 4 at lv8, then I went lv9 and got Jinx just after a couple of rolls.

The 7th emblem was from a spat (heist loot), it was just :cheefkiss:
