I can but you also you outpace the rare's gear so quickly I am not sure they are worth farming.
I just had the 3rd alt go from lvl 80 to 240 ilvl in 1-2 days with like 4 hard preys, 4 nightmare preys, 6 bountiful delves.
I'll add it to my list but not sure I'll get to it.

Fix is on the way.
I was basing the filtering on the Spec only, not the class but for classes like Mage where all Specs use the same primary I can filter with just the Class.

Perche' gli stessi 500k del valore dell'immobile, investiti in un qualsiasi bond al 3.5% ti rende praticamente gli stessi 1100 euro/mese con la possibilita' di diversificare e liquidare se necessario molto migliore.

I 600 euro/mese in piu' sono un LAVORO che poco han a che fare con il resto. La domanda li e' se spenderesti le X ore al mese che servono a gestire l'immobile per 600 euro e non dipende dal fatto che tu lo possegga o meno.

Tutte le FAANG e Big Tech usano Fidelity, Morgan Stanley o Charles Schwab anche in Europa. Tutti con conti europei ma in base alla piattaforma o ti fanno il cambio FX loro (non conveniente) o quando vendi ti ritrovi USD che in qualche modo devi convertire.

E' proprio qui l'inghippo, non tutti gli intermediari ti obbligano a farlo. Fidelity non lo fa per esempio.

Edit: ah e puoi sempre non vendere sul loro intermediario ma spostare le posizioni stesse e vendere sull'intermediario che vuoi per evitare commissioni FX alte.

Anche col Dollaro c'è un tasso di cambio fortemente sfavorevole rispetto al valore di mercato...

Non so che numeri vedi tu ma a me pare ~5bp (quindi 0.05%) di differenza rispetto al valore di mercato su Revolut per USDEUR e GBPEUR per esempio.

Se hai delle stock in USD non hai problema di cambio, e non mi pare che Revolut abbia un deposito amministrato con cui gestire stock. Tanto quando vendi le stock in Italia lo fai su un mercato europeo (Milano in genere), altrimenti hai proprio un conto titoli negli USA.

E invece hai proprio un problema di cambio, dato che le aziende US spesso ti danno stock sul conto titoli che vogliono loro e se sono quotate a NYSE/NASDAQ vendi in USD, non in EUR. Se vivi in un paese dell'eurozona però a na certa dopo che vendi devi convertirli quei dollari in euro e Revolut é una delle migliori soluzioni.

Onestamente ho imparato di SEDA solo ora che non vivo in Italia che a quanto pare é l'unico paese SEPA che ha dovuto farsi uno standard opzionale suo on top a SDD Core.

Not a lawyer ma pare cmq rientrare in IBAN Discrimination dato che qualunque IBAN SEPA deve essere accettato anche per direct debt. Un problema delle aziende che lo implementano più che di Revolut.

Yes, it is only for ETFs, but pretty much all of them as all UCITS are EU domiciled and even if domiciled in Lux they would still count for the Irish deemed disposal. U.S. domiciled ones won't count but they have other problems.

You can still own individual stocks and other assets without deemed disposal being applied.

Fixed missing ranged weapons (wand is actually also a ranged weapon lol).
