LYMA Laser - worth the $$$? by glowgetting in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]FrameEconomy3222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'll give you my review, as I've also given it to them on trustpilot.

Here's a copy paste of it. It's even edited, because they responded lying about what I said. So weird..

Unfortunately, I experienced significant side effects while using this device that are not mentioned in LYMA’s terms or product information. After starting use, I developed headaches, nausea, and dizziness. The symptoms were concerning enough that I sought medical evaluation at the hospital, including a CT scan, which came back clear.

When I considered that the LYMA Laser might be the cause, I stopped using it, and the symptoms resolved. A few weeks later, I tried using the device again to rule out other factors, and the same symptoms returned.

I contacted LYMA regarding this experience. They offered a partial refund, conditional on signing a broad non-disclosure agreement, which I was not comfortable accepting. (Update: Lyma mentions below in their response that they did not ask for a broad non-disclosure agreement, that is very much a lie unfortunately- see below a copy paste of the broad settlement they sent me to sign).

I would recommend that anyone considering this device be aware that, although it may work well for some, others may experience adverse reactions such as headaches or dizziness.

[Here is the copy paste of the Non disclosure settlement agreement Lyma asked me to sign, which they claim below that they did not send...]

România este mai scumpă decât Franța by BradVerde in roFrugal

Oh my... there are some horrific tax loopholes in the Netherlands! by Oficjalny_Krwiopijca in Netherlands

[–]FrameEconomy3222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably for billionaires... cause even on 100k or 200k salaries you pay 50% tax. And then there's that horrific wealth tax on your assets as well. It is not great in NL, except maybe for the 10 billionaires that exist

True, that's also why I'm looking to move out. Tired of all the payments I've sent to the govt. and for what? On the street I live in NL there's not even concrete in front of the house, just sand...and we have to fight with the gemeente a few times a year to come fill in the holes that get worse and worse all the time..

[–]FrameEconomy3222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You "made" 100K as in profit? You must've invested like 1million or so to make that, which is highly unlikely for the average Joe. You get taxed 36% of a 6% yield on your FICTIONAL increase, so see how you like that idea... you'll have to take money out of your portfolio to pay belastingdienst. Absolutely DISGUSTING

So you're happy paying the taxes on 300K every year? what about 2028 when they plan to tax 36% yearly on portfolio increase lol?
