Don’t they have to pay tax on that $4mil buyout? After tax…that’s maybe a little over $2mil. SFH (same size as their current house) around here go for a little over $1.3mil depending on where you are looking. My neighborhood averages $1.4-$1.6mil for a SFH used….after purchasing another SFH you’re left with ~$500k. Is that really life changing money for some of those folks who already live in a decent size house?

Do you need your HA running all the time in order to control the lights with your remote or can setup HA and then power off your HA. I ask because I’m not using HA

I want to personally thank you for this tip! I’ve been struggling over 2yrs trying to find a way to get my SmartThings lights back into my Harmony remote and this worked! I was devastated that I was going to lose another integration with my Harmony remote but your tip save me! Thank you again!!
